Pricing Policy - Our prices are fully inclusive of the following services:
The provision of a whole pig or boned and rolled leg joints or other meats for your guests
The supply of our spit roasting equipment including sufficient cooking fuel / real wood charcoal
The provision of rolls, apple sauce, stuffing and various salads
The supervision by our staff of the cooking of the pig , leg joints or Bar - B -Que
The provision of sufficient staff (in whites) to prepare, carve, and serve the meat and salads
The consumable items such as plates, cutlery, disposable gloves, fuel and sanitising wipes
The costs of setting up, clearing away and cleaning of equipment after the meal has been served.
